Orders & Returns
To track your order you can either drop us an email at sales@2UDirect.co.uk or we will send you a dispatch tracking code with your confirmation of dispatch email so you can track your item every step of the way.
To view the dispatch tracking code you can either find the email we sent you or visit the my account area of the website to view your order with the code attached.
You are free to cancel your order and get a full refund up until the product has been dispatched. Simply email us at sales@2udirect.co.uk and we will cancel your order and organise your refund.
If your order has already been dispatched you will have to return your order to us by making a returns request, go to the section "How to submit a returns request" or visit returns.2udirect.co.uk.
If you would like to change your order and it has not been dispatched already you can either give us a phone call on +44 (0) 1733 847517 or drop us an email at sales@2UDirect.co.uk and we will change your order right away.
If the order has left our warehouse you will have to submit a returns request to return the item back to us, and once we receive the items back we will send out the correct items.
If an item is out of stock the button will be replaced with an "Enquiry" button. You can then contact us at sales@2UDirect.co.uk to find out when it's due back in stock or if we are able to offer an alternative.
If your order has items missing, is incomplete or has items that are damaged please contact us immediately at sales@2UDirect.co.uk, quoting your order reference number.
All of your previous and current orders will be listed under the Orders section in your account. Please log in using your regular email address to view these.
To access your account please click on the person icon on the top menu bar, next to the shopping cart. You can log in either using your shop account or your regular email address. If you use your email, you will be sent a 6-digit login code in place of a password.
Your account holds information about your previous and current orders, under the order tab; and your contact details and preferences.
Returns can only be accepted within 30 days from the date of original transaction.

We accept all major debit & credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, alongside PayPal and Google Pay.
If you would like exchange any items within your order please contact sales@2UDirect.co.uk, quoting the order number and item that you'd like to exchange.
2uDirect aims to ship all stock items within 1 working day of your order placement. Optional delivery services can be selected at check out.
Depending on the package size or contents 2UDirect reserves the right to choose the most appropriate method of shipping.
If a standard delivery service is applied, and goods do not arrive within 4 working days, please contact us at sales@2udirect.co.uk, quoting your order reference number.
